Balancing Your Life using Mother Nature- Part 6/6

Nature and Balance, Susan Carroll Life Coaching, Bend, OR.jpg

So here we are. We’ve looked at a blueprint of Mother Nature that shows the cycles, seasons, directions, and energies of the day, the time of year, and the stages of our lives. The first 5 posts talked about this and can be found here by clicking on one, two, three, four, and five

It’s quite beautiful and harmonious really. One of the best ways to look at this is to start with the big picture. Where do you fall in your stage of life in all of this? Then notice your days. Where are you finding your energy waxing and waning? Our bodies work in cycles as well. Energy output, then rest. Repeat. Are you utilizing your best energy at certain times of day to maximize it? Are you resting when it’s needed so you can replenish yourself?

The world will always be the world, putting pressure on you to do. You can always shift things to make them work better for you. Maybe not everything. Maybe not all the time. But it’s your life. Your time here. No one else can live it for you. In the end, you must be the one to make the decisions for you.

Mother Nature’s design might be a better fit for you than what you've got going on. Only you will know. Why not take some to see what’s working, what isn’t, then change one tiny thing and see how it goes. If it works, keep it. If not, ditch it.

A slower, simpler life begins by paying attention to what you are creating and what you are just allowing to happen. Be on the creative side. It will make all the difference.
