What to do when you get tired?

This simple question has a simple answer. 

You rest.

Yep. That’s it.

You need to know what real resting means for you. Resting your mind. Resting your body. Resting your soul.

Is it a walk in nature?

Sitting by a lake?

Reading?

Sleeping?

Being alone?

Watching the clouds go by?

Of course you’ve heard it before. We’re human beings not human doings. You must rest in order to do.

Resting brings refreshment, rejuvenation, relaxation, space to breathe. 

The world will be there when you return. 

Your to-do list will be there when you return. 

Most importantly, you will be there when you return. 

Tired?

Rest.
