Life just doesn’t go as planned. No matter how much you want it to.

Some nights you don’t get enough sleep.

Some days you wake up grumpy and stay that wall all day long.

Some days you’re driving down the road in your RV and a big chunk of siding flies off in the wind and you don’t realize it until later.

And sometimes, these things happen all on the same day.


Even as a life coach with all the tools in my toolbox to help me feel better, I don’t.

Instead of trying to force it, I let myself feel crappy. I decided it was okay to have a blah day.

Okay to want to feel perkier than I did but not feel any perkier than I did.

Okay to not be able to think of a fun topic to blog about when every week prior I’ve had no problem.

It’s okay because I know tomorrow will be different than today. It always is. That’s the nature of the universe. It’s always changing.

This is your invitation to feel blah sometimes. And know that it’s okay.

I did. And guess what? After feeling blah for that day, things did change. I don’t feel blah anymore.
