I’m super curious as to what’s going through your mind right now as to what you think I really mean. And no, it has nothing to do with financials, butt size, or hem length.
Your bottom line has everything to do with what’s important to you in your life, and if you are living from that place.
Here’s what I know.
When I think about my life, what I truly want most (my bottom line) is to fill as much of my time with what I enjoy and love.
When I focus my attention on my bottom line, my life feels awesome. I feel happier. I feel fulfilled. Feeling fulfilled is one of the number one feelings I love to feel.
That’s why come summer when I walk into a greenhouse filled with flowers (bursting with the most amazing colors) I literally drool, and melt, and want to bring in a hammock and lay there (right in the middle between the geraniums and the Gerbera daisies). If you think I’m kidding, I’m not. That’s how happy walking around a greenhouse makes me feel. I feel so calm and full of life at the same time. Honestly, that explanation doesn’t even begin to describe how I truly feel. I just don’t have the words.
Then I get to buy some of those beauties, bring them home, and enjoy them all summer long. Aaaaahhh… bliss I tell you.
I know it’s a super simple example. Doing work I love and spending time with people I love is important too, but it’s all those things that bring you to your own bottom line that are important.
If I asked what’s your bottom line, could you tell me?
If you want to live your life in a way that fills you up, knowing your bottom line is pretty damn important.
The best bottom lines are clear and simple. They feel easy and right. No fuss or muss.
When you live from that place, your life feels amazing.
So I’ll ask again.
What’s your bottom line?
If you don’t know, maybe now is the perfect time to find out.
